Don’t use %zd when printing an int64. The %zd specifier to printf is meant to be used when printing out a size_t; but in these tests, the return value (sum) is actually an int64_t. MacOS High Sierra is complaining about these, so switch to a PRId64, which is the only thing that works cross-platform.
Don’t capture variables that aren’t needed. This fixes warnings when compiling on MacOS (High Sierra), complaining that the captured variable(s) in the lambda is not being used.
